Executive Chef Steve Murphy

Chef Steve Murphy is an nine year valley resident originally trained at the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York. His specialty is elegant simple western cuisine with a focus on unique cuts of buffalo, elk, boar and wild game. His palette of talent includes vegan, vegetarian, gluten free and tailored dietary guidelines. He teaches all ages a variety of cooking methods and knife skills. His free-lance approach to the food industry includes commercial and dietary menu/recipe planning, kitchen remodels, canning and spice cabinet consultations.
